Do you want to have a large set of related reciprocal links on your website? Such a set of links will help get word of your site posted all over the Internet and raises your rankings in the search engines.

However, lots of effort is involved in setting up reciprocal links. You have to find related sites, email the webmasters to ask for a link, compile the responses, send thank-you emails and publish the links to your site. That's a lot! And it's why webmasters have been known to put it off, on the bottom of their "to-do" list -- because of the time required.

Which is not a particularly good strategy because of the potential benefit you get by having a good set of reciprocal links. 

Max Links was written to help you save massive amounts of time. While it doesn't help you find related sites, it does help you compile the results after you've sent a link exchange request mailer. With Max Links, you can quickly and easily fill in a webpage form with the name, email address, and web address of anyone who accepts your link exchange request. Max Links then automatically sends a thank-you email AND creates your new links pages for you -- just like that!

Personally, I used to set aside the emails from anyone who asked for a link request for my site. And then (sometimes months) later, I would spend a couple of days compiling results, sending thank-you's and publishing the new links pages.  With Max Links, I can process a link request in 2 minutes or less -- including getting the new link published.
