Would you like to have surveys (also called 'polling') on your website? This means you can setup questions (with a list of possible answers) and have people vote on the questions.

For example, one of my clients started her surveys by asking, "Should herbs be classified as drugs, requiring a doctor's prescription?"  And her possible answers were yes, no and undecided.

After a visitor votes, they see a report of all the votes recorded so far, along with a pie chart that graphically lists the results. (And visitors are prevented from voting twice. That's an integral part of the package.)

Once the Max Surveys system is installed on your website, you simply enter the questions with possible answers -- and that's pretty much it. The Max Surveys system automatically keeps track of everything. And you can have as many survey questions on your website, as you like.

Yes, it requires that you setup the system by entering a header and a footer for the survey pages in an install process. If you need help with that phase, just contact me and I'll be glad to install the Max Surveys package for you and help you get started.
