This is the Calendar of Events Service Agreement. It's the legal agreement between you, the website owner, and the submitter to the Events Calendar on your site.

A standard template is provided in a page called 'legal.html'  This is simply a suggestion. It is NOT meant as a recommendation and is certainly NOT meant as a guarantee of legal accuracy.  It is simply provided as a starting point, if you wish to make some sort of terms and conditions for your Events Calendar users.

Again, no claims are made as to its worthiness, legality or usefulness.

However, if you wish to use some of it, a suggestion might be to replace the word COMPANY with your company name. And go from there...
