What does it mean when we say "Link Page Generation System?"

The idea is to create a set of reciprocal link pages without having to know anything about editing a web-page or how to publish a website. Here’s how we do it, instead:

You copy-paste your link information into a form. This is not different than filling out any other form you’ve ever done. Typically, you would have all your link information in an email message from a webmaster who has accepted your link exchange proposal.

You fill in the website address, title and description. Plus you can also keep track of the webmaster's name, email address, reciprocal link location and category of link.

When you press the Submit (or Add Link) button after having copy-pasted your link information to enter the url, title and description, the link gets added to a database. You're then presented with an email message already composed for the purpose of thanking the webmaster for the link exchange. All you need do is press Send Email.

 Upon returning to the beginning page of the Max Links system, you’ll then see the new link in a list of all the links you have in the database.

At first, you’ll have only the one link, but as you add more links, the list will grow. And for each link, you’ll be able to review the contents, make changes/deletions, etc.

Then, when you're ready, you'll do the Create Page(s) process to create all the links pages for your site -- just like that. And that is the basic overview of how the system works.

Three major steps are required of any link exchange:

• Gathering the information.
• Emailing a thank-you message.
• Creating the links pages on your website.

Note: This documentation is meant to be read while you have the Max Links program operating in another window, so you can follow along.

On every page of the system, you’ll find little graphic symbols next to the elements of the page. These symbols have a question mark and say HELP. By clicking on these HELP buttons, you see a little pop-up screen which gives you some information about what needs to be done, at that point.
