Welcome to Snappy Image Analysis ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) Who Can Use the Service

• You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract.
• If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind it to these Terms.

2) Accounts

• You're responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security incident.

3) Paid Features & Fees

• Some features require a fee. Prices may change.
• Refunds: Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once a request has been processed.

4) What the Service Does

The Service helps you identify items from images and estimate market prices across online marketplaces. Outputs are generated from models and third-party data sources and are estimates, not appraisals or guarantees.

5) Your Content

• You retain ownership of photos, descriptions, and other content you submit ("User Content").
• You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and display User Content solely to operate and improve the Service. We do not save any images, except when processing.
• You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit User Content and that it doesn't infringe others' rights or violate law.

6) Acceptable Use

• No illegal, harmful, deceptive, or infringing activity.
• No reverse engineering, scraping without permission, or interfering with the Service.
• No uploading content that includes others' personal data without permission.

7) Marketplace & Data Disclaimers

• Prices and availability change frequently. Estimates are based on available data at request time and may not reflect final sale outcomes.
• We are not affiliated with Facebook, Craigslist, or other marketplaces unless stated. Their trademarks belong to their owners.

8) Intellectual Property

We and our licensors own the Service, including software, designs, and trademarks. Except for your User Content and the rights you're granted to use the Service, no rights are transferred to you.

9) Feedback

If you send ideas or suggestions, you grant us a license to use them without obligation or compensation.

10) Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11) Third-Party Links

The Service may link to third-party sites or services. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

12) Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snappy Image Analysis and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

14) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Snappy Image Analysis from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

15) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Some sections (e.g., IP, indemnity, limitations) survive termination.

16) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Oregon, excluding its conflicts of laws rules.

17) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you via the Service or email where appropriate. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
